Önce şunu bil: Akora'da hesap zorunlu değildir. Uygulamanın tamamı hesapsız çalışır. Hesabını silmek telefonundaki ormanını ve kayıtlarını silmez — onlar cihazında kalır ve uygulama çalışmaya devam eder. Silinen şey buluttaki yedeğin ve giriş hesabındır.

En hızlı yol — uygulama içinden

  1. Akora'yı aç
  2. Sol üstteki menü düğmesine dokun
  3. Hesabım → en alttaki Hesabımı sil
  4. İki onay ekranını geç — hesabın ve buluttaki yedeğin anında silinir

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan — e-posta ile

Telefonunu kaybettiysen ya da uygulamayı sildiysen, hesabınla kayıtlı e-posta adresinden bize yaz. Talebini en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlar ve sana yazılı olarak bildiririz.

Akora — Delete your account

First, the important part: an account is not required in Akora — the whole app works without one. Deleting your account does not delete the forest and records on your phone; those stay on the device and the app keeps working. What gets deleted is your cloud backup and your sign-in account.

Fastest way — inside the app

  1. Open Akora
  2. Tap the menu button, top left
  3. My account → Delete my account at the bottom
  4. Confirm twice — your account and cloud backup are deleted immediately

If you can't reach the app — by email

Lost your phone or already uninstalled? Email us from the address registered to the account. We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm in writing.

What is deleted, what stays

There is no retention period for deleted data: it is removed as soon as the request is processed, and drops out of backups within 30 days.
